Wet(ish) ingredients
3/4 cup (185 g) ricotta cheese
1 TBSP finely chopped rosemary
zest of one large orange – about 2 tsp
3/4 cup (180 mL) orange juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
1 large egg
