Salted Caramel Milkshake

Salted Caramel Milkshake – a decadent, dairy-free and refined sugar-free treat made with 100% whole foods.

Ingredients

1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
pinch cinnamon
12 Medjool dates pitted
2 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes like Maldon
3 tbsp to 6warm water
6 oz frozen figs or frozen sliced banana about 1 cup
1-1 1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
2 tbsp raw almond butter
3 tbsp coconut cream
