Ingredients
18 oz White Mushrooms (or Your Favorite)
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil (Divided)
4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
½ Teaspoon Ground Thyme
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
¼ Teaspoon Dried Basil
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ Teaspoon Oregano
Garlic Salt (to Taste)
Parsley (Optional)
