Ingredients
3 cups of nuts and seeds (I used hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, and sunflower seeds)
1 egg white
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
¼ tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup hemp hearts
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
