8 ounce package wide lo mein or rice noodles
2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 small head broccoli, cut into small florets (about 2 cups)
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin 1 inch strips
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup chopped green onions
