1 cup red lentils
1 cup rice
4 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 tbsp tomato concentrate
2 cups vegetable broth
4-5 cups water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1.5 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
1 bunch thyme
5 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
