This simple vegan spread is ready in less than 10 minutes and tastes great. It’s good for your health, good for the planet and good for the animals!
Ingredients
3.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes (100 g)
½ cup Piquillo or roasted red bell peppers (115 g)
½ cup raw cashews or almonds (70 g)
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
