Fudge-y and perfectly portioned brownie made with black beans and good for you ingredients. A dessert or snack that won’t weight you down, and you can feel good about eating.

Ingredients

1/4 cup black beans–drained and rinsed
1 Tablespoon old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
Pinch ground coffee (optional)
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
