Ingredients
1 lb (16 oz) crimini or baby bella mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
2 cups chopped onions
6 garlic cloves (sliced)
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
2 cups vegetable broth
½ cup red wine
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
2 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
