Ingredients
For the Garlic Breadcrumbs:
2 TBS olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBS basil, chopped
1 TBS rosemary, chopped
¼ C panko breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
For the Spaghetti:
1 TBS olive oil
2 zucchini
1½ C marinara sauce
1 C parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz (1/4 lb.) whole wheat spaghetti
salt and pepper
