Delicious pasties filled with spinach, mushrooms and coconut cream.
Ingredients
1 sheet of pastry (check ingredients to make sure it’s free of animal products)
1/2 onion
300g spinach
150g mushrooms
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
cream from a 400ml can of coconut milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp nut milk
