A simple cake roll with raspberry jam filling, covered in a vanilla buttercream frosting and decorated with sprinkles

Ingredients

100g caster sugar
3 medium eggs
100g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 tbsp jam
175g icing sugar
100g butter, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
80g sprinkles
