Sprouted Buckwheat Cinnamon Cereal

A crunchy gluten free protein and fiber rich cereal made with nutrient dense sprouted buckwheat and cinnamon.

Ingredients

2 cups raw buckwheat groats, soaked and sprouted
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
