A savoury fresh salsa made with sweet-tart strawberries, creamy avocado, onion, jalapeno and lime juice.
Ingredients
1 medium avocado, finely diced
2 cups finely diced strawberries
1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
