A beautiful raw, vegan dessert tart that’s just full of creamy deliciousness!
Ingredients
For the base layer:
1 cup pecans
1 cup medjool dates, pitted (you can use other dates or dried fruit here but they tend to not quite bind together as well as medjool dates do)
For the top layer:
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup cashews
1 cup dried figs
2 tbsp quality bourbon (I heart Maker’s Mark in this)
2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
