Ingredients
For the Pudding:
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax meal
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
For the Parfait Layers:
¼ cup granola, divided
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
¼ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries, chopped
