For the salad
6 cups romaine lettuce
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup pineapple
½ cup mandarin oranges (canned in juice)
¼ cup pecan pieces
For the dressing (Serves 6)
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. finely minced shallot (onion would work fine)
½ Tbsp. poppyseeds
¼ tsp. salt
