The secret to a good Tequila Mojito is to use a great quality Tequila, preferably an aged Tequila, such as Reposado or Añejo.
big handful of fresh mint leaves
1½ limes, quartered
30 ml (1 oz) simple syrup
60ml (2 oz) Patron Anejo or other Reposado or Anejo Tequila
2 cups ice cubes
sprigs of mint for garnish
