This delicious tomato cheese pie is great as an appetizer or as a main dish.
Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust or puff pastry
1 tablespoon (14 grams) butter melted
7 ounces (200 grams) firm mozzarella thinly sliced
5 1/4 ounces (150 grams) fontal cheese (gouda or any soft cheese)
2 ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons (1 gram) oregano
1 teaspoon (3/4 gram) basil
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt
1 1/4 tablespoons (13-16 grams) olive oil for drizzling
3 fresh basil leaves
