Ingredients
6 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 small sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced
14.1 oz can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 TB balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp coconut or white sugar
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
