Triple Berry No-Bake Cheesecake with Amaretti Crust

An easy no-bake cheesecake topped with triple berry sauce. Perfect for Summer entertaining!

For the Crust
2 cups finely ground amaretti cookies
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

For the Cheesecake
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
16 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla extra
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt

For the Berry Topping
1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries, divided
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto
