A delicious smoothie that you would never know is based in cauliflower. Banana, chai spices, and turmeric add flavor, color, and plenty of health perks!

Ingredients

cauliflower
banana
coconut milk (BPA-free can)
teaspoon cinnamon
ground ginger
cardamom
sea salt
ground turmeric
lemon zest
black pepper
3-4 cups ice
honey or maple syrup (optional)
Optional add-ins: collagen peptides, maca, or your favorite adaptogens
Optional toppings: whipped coconut cream, bee pollen, cinnamon
