Ingredients
Salad 1:
pre-washed greens
quinoa or another whole grain
hummus or beans
Salad 2:
1/2 small cabbage
1/2 small cauliflower
2 large carrots
6 radishes
1/2 bunch of cilantro
Dr. Fuhrman’s Russian Fig Dressing or dressing of your choice
