Crunchy, addictive granola packed with almonds and vanilla flavor. This granola’s gluten-free, oil-free and vegan.
Ingredients
For the Almond Base:
⅓ cup whole almonds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
For Everything Else:
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup whole almonds
Optional extras: Chocolate chips or raisins
