Vegan Apple-Cinnamon Pastries

Easy vegan pastries packed with flavor!

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (gluten free flour should work too)
1 cup nut milk
3 tbsp date paste or sweetener of choice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
A dash of salt

For the Filling:
3 apples, cored and diced
½ cup dried cranberries
3 tbsp date paste or sweetener of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
