Vegan Blackberry Pavlova
Vegan Blackberry Pavlovas! The meringue is made with a secret ingredient (not egg white!) but tastes the same as egg white meringues.
1 (400g) can of chickpeas
3/4 cup – 1 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup whipping cream (or coconut cream)
1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
10-15 fresh blackberries, puréed, plus more for topping
