Vegan Broccoli Salad

Quick and delicious veggie side dish. High Protein, low carb, vegan and done within 10 -12 minutes. In my opinion a must-have recipe.
Ingredients
3 cups of broccoli (roughly one bunch)
1 tbsp of oil (sesame oil, olive oil)
1 tbsp sesame seeds,
a small handful of peanuts
2 green onions, sliced
2-3 tbsp water
Salt and pepper for taste
For the sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar (lemon juice is also fine)
