1 cup (235ml) soy milk
1 TBS apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 cup (140g) gluten-free all-purpose flour
2 TBS sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ TBS matcha powder
1½ TBS canola oil
cooking spray
