Ingredients
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seed mixed with 3 tablespoons warm water)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons apple sauce
1 tablespoon Earth Balance or butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup pistachios toasted and divided plus extra for topping
1/2 white flour
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
5 drops green food coloring (optional)
