My take on classic egg fried rice packed full of colourful, fresh veggies – super easy and delicious!
Ingredients
2 cups brown rice
1 onion
2 carrots
1 pkt mini corn
1 cup fresh peas
2 eggs
4 tbs tamari (or soy sauce)
3 tbs sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
thumb sized piece of ginger
1/2 tsp chili flakes
olive oil
salt and pepper
