Ingredients
2 cups red seedless grapes
1 large sweet potato, peeled and sliced into thin triangles
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 cups baby spinach
2-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
