Watermelon Salsa

Watermelon salsa is refreshing, flavorful and will be the hit of the summer! Serve it with tortilla chips for a vegan and gluten free snack or serve it over tacos for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
2 cups diced watermelon
1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
½ cup red onion (diced)
2 serrano peppers (de-seeded & minced)
1 tbsp fresh mint (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
½ tsp lime zest
¼ cup lime juice
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
