Easy tofu dish made in 10 minutes or less. Perfect for weeknights!
1 12-ounce package of silken tofu (you can always use a larger package of tofu)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 stalk of green onions (green part only), finely chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 TBS low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 – 1/2 tsp rice vinegar (use more if you like the vinegar taste)
