Fuji Apple Kale Salad with Maple Spiced Hazelnuts

A hearty fall produce salad with raw massaged kale, citrus, crunchy maple hazelnuts, and sweet apples.
Ingredients
5 cups organic kale, chopped
1½ cups (1 large) organic Fuji apples, chopped
1 cup hazelnuts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (Raw and unpasteurized!)
1 teaspoon of sea salt (I like pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt)
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 meyer lemon (or you may use an orange)
