Ingredients

1 teaspoon loosely packed saffron threads, ½ g
½ teaspoon dry thyme
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup brown rice
3 ½ cups vegetable broth, such as imagine no-chicken
¾ cup chopped parsley
