Did you know you could make pasta out of chickpeas? This chickpea pasta is easier than you think!
Ingredients
2-¾ cups sifted chickpea flour (300g)
1/4 cup tapioca starch (35g)
1/4 cup sweet rice flour (also called ‘glutinous rice flour’) (33g)
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water, as needed
Millet flour, for rolling out (or more chickpea flour)
