Pumpkin Pancake Muffins

A delicious cross between pancakes and muffins with a hint of pumpkin and cinnamon, topped off with a maple syrup glaze!
Ingredients
1/3 cup milk (I used skim)
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 ounces cream cheese, melted and cooled slightly
7 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
