A rich, moist, chocolate cake without processed sugar. Topped in the perfect peppermint ganache + coconut ribbons. This is a MUST this time of year!
Ingredients
Chocolate Cake:
1/2 cup oat flour
3/4 cup light spelt flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Peppermint Ganache:
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup plain almond milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Shredded coconut, ribbon cut, for topping
