Simple and easy chia pudding with mango and banana ice cream. Perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
For the ice cream:
1 mango
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of cashews
1 vanilla bean
For the pudding:
1/2 cup of plant milk (I used almond milk)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
