For the ice cream base I’ve gone with a no churn variety, because I know many of you don’t have ice cream machines, and because I’d been meaning to try making a no churn ice cream for some time.

150g (5 oz) white chocolate
397g (14 oz) tin of condensed milk
600ml (2½ cups) double cream
