Ingredients
4 large parsnips
1-2 heaping TB of unrefined coconut oil
10 leaves of fresh sage, minced
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
fine sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
