Miso Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower is tossed in a glaze of miso, soy and red pepper flakes and roasted until perfectly browned and crisp, for a buttery, umami-filled delicious and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tablespoon miso paste
2 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges, for serving
