This breakfast is very, very peanutty. But it’s also low-fat and vegan!
Ingredients
1 overripe banana (preferably a small one)
¼ cup PB2
½ teaspoon molasses
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2-4 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
2/3 cup almond milk (or other milk)
1 cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
