Curry, basil, meet the falafel. These vegan falafels are great in a salad, tucked in pita bread, or on their own!
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can of chickpeas, rinse and drained
1/4 cup yellow onions, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 TBS brown rice flour
4 TBS olive oil (for pan-frying)
