Fenugreek leaves are really good for health, especially for diabetic patients. They play a good role in controlling blood cholesterol levels and help with digestion.
Ingredients
Methi /fenugreek leaves – a bunch (washed and finely chopped)
Potatoes-2 (chopped)
Onion- 1 big (finely chopped)
Ginger-1/2 inch piece (finely chopped)
Garlic-3-4 cloves (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Oil-3 spoonfuls
Turmeric powder-1/4 spoonful
Red chilly powder- 1/2 spoonful
Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 spoonful
