A great and simple way to celebrate apples and pears, caramelised with cinnamon and vanilla, and an extra berry-goodness touch with some raspberry jam.
Ingredients
Pastry (pate brisée):
(this recipe will make 2 circles of pastry)
250g flour
1/2 tsp salt
120 g cold butter
1/3 cup cold water
Filling:
3 apples
3 pears
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp raspberry jam
