This quinoa porridge is healthy, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free
Ingredients
¼ cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
½ cup water
Pinch of salt
¼ cup + 1/3 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small apple (or half a large one)
1 – 2 tablespoon raisins, chopped if large
Chopped walnuts, to serve
