Big chunks of fresh apple mixed with seasonal cider and spiced tea. This smoothie is meant to warm you up and keep those smoothies going all winter long!
Ingredients
1 cup freshly steeped chai tea or cinnamon spiced tea
⅓ cup quick oats
½ cup fresh apple cider (no additives)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
2 small fresh apples, quartered
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tsp ground flax seed
pinch of salt
