A delicious autumn combination of pears, brie, gorgonzola, and thyme.
Ingredients
2 medium pizza doughs (homemade or storebought)
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
1 red onion
½ tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
8 oz (227 g) brie, cut into thin triangles and divided in 2
3 oz (85 g) gorgonzola, divided in 2
2 pears, thinly sliced lengthwise, divided in 2 (you’ll have some leftovers)
2 sprigs of thyme
