This Avocado Lime Tart with a creamy, subtle sour mousse on top of a crunchy base full of nuts and seeds makes you indulge without remorse.
Ingredients
For the base:
80 g almonds
50 g sunflower seeds
30 g coconut flakes
7 dried dates
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil
For the filling:
2 avocados
Juice of 2-3 limes (depends on how sour you like it to taste)
Zest of 1 lime
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
